Keo Main Street Commercial Properties
Known as the Pecan Capital of Arkansas, these buildings in Keo’s historic Main Street celebrate 100 yeas in 2026. This town of 207 is a compact but consequential setting for local commerce, gathering, and future investment. Kudzu Collective is working with local property owners to develop a coordinated series of adaptive-reuse and storefront-improvement concepts for multiple downtown properties.
Concepts include restoring and replicating historic storefront character, repairing and refreshing aging façades, improving signage and pedestrian appeal, and preparing underused commercial spaces for new activity.
Together, the concepts offer a practical framework for property owners to reinvest incrementally—honoring Keo’s architectural character while making space for the businesses, visitors, and community life that can sustain its next chapter.
