Phillips County Splash Park
A downtown park shaped by student charettes, giving Helena a connection to water a few blocks from the levee — with a shaded pavilion, bright furnishings, and colorful lighting at night.
Grumpy Rabbit American Eatery
A dynamic adaptive reuse of the 1915 Joe P. Eagle Building that has since inspired other rehabilitations in the historic district and put Lonoke back on the map.
